Sakura Matsuri on the due date

it's 60 degrees, baby sister is due today, the bluebell wood at the botanic garden is in bloom, and it's the sakura matsuri festival.

like seriously due today.

we were not going to get out of that tent without buying some food. seaweed and rice it was.  seaweed is great. rice is great. no seaweed with rice. no rice with seaweed. 

 

clem's day became about checking out teenagers in costume.  

and adults in costume. hard to eat your rice through a stuffed cat head.

we may never take an unsolicited pic with the easter bunny or a mall santa, but we do requests, and clemmie demanded a picture with that wolf.
