Hardcore like Quickdraw McGraw
running up to tonight's bath time, clem was chugging around in just her diaper. she cut a turn a bit too close and caught the corner of the 11" baseboard right in the thigh, and it knocked her down. she grimaced because it hurt, then looked at her leg as if she was pissed, pointed at the baseboard and grunted. then she got up and went to take her bath.
Easter/Passover Botanical Jam
clem was determined to wait for something on sunday morning and stayed up til 1pm doing so. she slept through all the 70 degree sunnyness and didn't get up til 3pm as the clouds were rolling in. we ran out anyway and hit the botanic garden. somebody took an obscene amount of photos. what you are about to witness is evidence.
new butterfly cotton jams cause it's finally warming up. she likes to point out the butterflies.
from here on out it's at the garden.
she understands that sunglasses rock. she's still working on where to rock them.

some might say that clem dressed herself that day. it would be a lie. her dad made her look like a clown.
best part of the trip: the rock garden, aptly named.
this piece of gravel was imperative for the collection.
mom suggested that dead heads were also acceptable bounty. clem took it under consideration.

she made swift friends with a one-eyed man who kept her on the right path.

can i keep it, huh, can i? working on perfecting this one for the day she asks for a dog.
seriously, i'm keeping it. as soon as you look away i'm putting it in the bucket.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDMA!!
a friend of ours took a bunch of cute pictures of clemmie at her birthday party, but only just recently sent them to us. it is amazing to see how much her hair has grown in just a couple of months!
anyhow, in light of the fact that it is someone's special birthday today, clemmie wanted to dedicate today's sassy pictures to grandma stef!!
